Any request for training on MS Dynamics 365 BC locations either by express request of the customer or PARTNER: Requests that require the intervention of a specialist to instruct the user or the consultant in the subjects where he shows a lack of knowledge or doubts regarding the functionality.
Provision of any support requested from Go2Latam by the PARTNER, such as:
-Support in roll out at client -Support in training to final clients -DBB configurations -Configurations of connections with third parties (electronic invoicing) -Resolution of any error originated by the Partner’s consultants -Deployment of environments in the client’s Sandbox
